It has been compiled by a veteran who suffered cold injury - COL John Zitzelberger, US Army, retired - for veterans to assist in your dealings with the Veterans Administration. COL Zitzelberger is a member of the cold injury committee of The Chosin Few, a group of veterans of the Chosin Reservoir campaign. There are three files, which are separated to be easier to download.
